Rules & Regulations

For everyone’s mutual enjoyment, the park rules and regulations are in place for the consideration of all of our tenants and guests, staff, and for the protection of the property and environment.

Vehicles
Speed limit is 5 mph. Maximum of 2 vehicles per site. All vehicles on the property must be registered with up-to-date tags, in good condition, and fully legal in the state of CA, including smog. NO non-operating vehicles are permitted to be stored on sites. No using vehicles for storage if vehicles are not being driven.

Maintenance of Space
The exterior of the mobile home/park model/RV must be kept clean and in good repair. No tarps are allowed, no exceptions. Residents must maintain their spaces in a clean, well-kept, and attractive fashion. All trash, debris, miscellaneous clutter, etc., must be stored properly and kept out of site.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM every day – no exceptions. No noise disturbances, no loud music (including car stereos), rowdiness, public drunkenness, drug use or dealing, and/or belligerent/aggressive interactions with staff and/or Park owners or other residents is allowed.

Laundry
Only modular homes are allowed to have washing machines in tenant’s units. No clotheslines are permitted. Laundry facilities provided by the Park are available for your use. Tenants assume all risk of loss related to their laundry if left unattended.  

Pets
The pet limit is 2 per household. Pets are restricted to the generally accepted domestic household variety, including dogs, cats, birds, and fish. All cats must be indoor cats and are not allowed to run free unattended. All dogs must be on a leash at all times (except inside the pet exercise area) and shall not be left unattended. All pets must be monitored so as not to present a threat to persons or property, and all pet waste must be promptly picked up and disposed of. A $25 fee per occurrence will apply to any pet waste not picked up after. No aggressive dogs are allowed on Park premises. Aggressive dogs include any dog that has a record of biting human beings or demonstrates aggressive tendencies toward other animals or persons. All pets must have current vaccinations.

Trash
Only household waste is allowed in garbage containers. Dumping of any large items, furniture, car parts, appliances, or hazardous waste or chemicals is grounds for eviction. Please recycle all paper, aluminum, plastic containers, and glass at the recycling center next to the trash bins. Please break down all cardboard boxes and place them in the cardboard receptacle next to the trash can bins.

Law Enforcement
Trinidad Extended Stay RV does not provide security or maintain personnel or hosts at the RV park or facilities at all times.

Any and all signs posted by management are considered to be a part of these rules, whether they are permanent or temporary. All guests agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local codes and laws.

Compliance with the above rules is greatly appreciated. Park occupants and guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property nor injury to anyone arising from the use of the park.
